Shahjahahn has spent more than a decade in the classroom before ever stepping into school leadership. That teaching background shapes the way Sonai Academy runs today: small classes, dedicated doubt clinics, and faculty who are chosen for depth of subject knowledge before anything else.

Postgraduate studies in Science and a B.Ed — with a decade of classroom teaching before ever stepping into administration.
- 2014
Joins Sonai Academy at its founding — helps shape the Science-first curriculum for Chalchali, Nagaon.
- 2018
Introduces the integrated JEE / NEET / CUET model so board study and entrance prep run in parallel, not stacked.
- 2022
Launches the residential hostel wings with in-house wardens, structured study hours and mentor tracking.
- Today
Leads a postgraduate faculty of 12 and personally sits in on doubt clinics every week.
